Thanks, Tom, Erquiaga, Becca, and David! Welcome, Moopie. Shiny, I began watching that show but quickly realized that there was no drug testing and it deflated my hype so I quit watching. I guess it would be hypocritical of the Rock to require that lol but it killed my desire to ever attempt to compete.

hahahaha pizza is not a magical pill. there are 101 better options. all require more effort in kitchen so I guess pizza could be called. bad on bad with cheese for the lazy man🤣

Snuck into the body analysis scan today at the 3 week mark. HIIT Training has resulted in a 2.7kg gain in lean mass and a 4.1kg loss of fat. F45 could do you wonders mate.

5 weeks to go. Hopefully I have the gas in the tank to continue to keep doing the double classes. My personal goal is 100 classes in 8 weeks. I genuinely think you would look dope if you went hard for 8 weeks HIIT mate. Shock the body with exercises you wouldn't normally do could do you wonders
