I'm kinda at a pause. I'm not trying to gain weight, I'm trying to gain size. I'm not eating too much - just enough. I am seeing progress at the gym and having so much fun working out.

So, goals? I'm at a point where I'm liking my progress, liking my diet, and liking my workouts. Besides the ultimate goal of slowly gaining inches, am I required to have a goal or am I okay being content? 🤔
65.5 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

BTW, my workout partner hadn't seen me since before I got sick. He said you look lean as hell now. I guess laying in bed for 5 days is better than calisthenics and weightlifting put together. Huh. 😋

I didn't feel like eating and I still got in 3k lol. We differ there. Natural born fattie over here haha. Pros and cons to that. Dropped about 2 pounds while sick. Definitely looks like I did. Looking lean.

Have you watched the Paleo Way on Netflix. Dont worry about calories just eat protein and low carb veggies, and lots of good healthy fat: grass fed, healthy fats such as coconut oil, olive oil, grass fed butter. As much as you want to feel satisfied. This diet will get you the muscle you want and you wont feel week and tired at all. 800 cal. a day is not healthy if you are trying to gain muscle. Not healthy for anyone.
