And I am still wondering how you figure that. Your results prove my way doesn't work how exactly? You haven't even tried my method.

Climbing Mt Kinabalu,st Mary's peak,the grandpions, rowing 140km up the Murray,entering a MTB competition vs lying on your back pushing a bar up and down... You are right that don't compare. Boring is subjective mate.

It means if you continue to say things like sugar is ok,pizza is a super food and cardio is bad for you. I will rebute. It does not mean your way of exercise will not get results hahahaha.

My way of eating* The diet is responsible for 80% of the results. Seems my diet is fine and so is my advice.

And sugar is a carb. In moderation, anything is fine and controlling calories is the definition of moderation. You talk about willpower as if what I do doesn't require it. Do you know how hard it is to not eat the whole gallon of ice cream and to portion out my pizza instead of eating the whole pie all the time? :P

Yeah, and totally unnecessary. Many people have realized this and flexible dieting is huge now. With the way the world is headed with the obesity epidemic, we need all the help we can get and I am here to help educate people. The knowledge that you don't need to have a boring bland diet to get healthy is helpful to the vast majority.

And you have said that my way won't work when you claimed that there was a magical body fat percentage where I would stop getting leaner because of my diet choices yet you said in one of my recent pics that I was below 10%. I don't think that I am but I am getting there despite you thinking otherwise.

How do you feel about sharing information about how I can determine my macros and the website, if any, that you prefer? No rush, because I won't be on FS again until Monday.

Scalewatcher unless you are getting ready for a show I wouldn't rack your brain on exact macro numbers, just prioritize protein get about .8 of a gram per pound of Target body weight, the rest of your macros can be whatever you want.

Thank you Diablo for taking time to answer my question. I'm not getting ready for a show, however, bathing suit weather will be here in Myrtle Beach, SC very soon :)! So maybe it IS a show of sorts! My joints feel better when my weight is down to 122 lbs. So I come up with 97.6 grams of protein. Then should I try to stay within a calorie range? Maybe I should review my exercise entries to average out how many calories I burn per day and try to stay below that number. What are the other macros? Fats, carbs, fiber? How do you track your macros? I'm really trying to put some variety back in my cooking. I love to cook, and my other way of eating is so very limiting. Any help you can give me is ggreatly appreciated. I hope you and your wife have a fun filled weekend.

I really don't worry about macros(besides protein) unless one of them is too low. The site will give you your numbers when you enter your food. I'd try to stay above 30 grams or so for fat and hit that 97.6 for protein. The rest doesn't matter. Keep your deficit small.
