Thank you! Chris I did, I slept over 9 hours last night, but I didn't sleep good the night before, oh well. For this week I have a better plan: For better eating , exercising and sleeping.

I've realized that I waste a lot of time trying to sleep every night and during the day I can not function well because I'm sleepy 🤷, 7-8 hours would be enough and I will be ready to start my day full of energy. 😀

It was on Saturday night, my son was having difficulty to sleep, and I was so tired, he finally fell asleep around 2:40, but then I wasn't longer sleepy, so I got up. Yesterday I was tired all day long, I still did the chores, in the afternoon I took a little nap, and last night I did 45 minutes exercise, I could do more , but we had tornado warnings yesterday afternoon, so we were ready to take action.

Tornado???? Yikes! Don’t get those here. But we get snowstorms which we have today, son home from high school, daughter just came home from uni caused it closed early, hubby off work early, and I didn’t even go to work. Now it’s turning to ice pellets and freezing rain! What a mess!!!!!!

-8 wind chill here this morning. 0 degree hunting coat, ear band and winter ski pants... lasted 5 minutes outside mostly out of the wind. Was shaking when I walked back inside. We get lots of 🌪 or warnings here but usually they don’t start until April and go through August. It’s so sad about that tornado and the lives it took.
