He isn't bigger so your whole cardio will make me bigger thing has no merit and since he is just as big as me your whole, big guys are unfit has no merit. Next.

I can't believe you used Rich! You just started arguing for me👌 yes he is fittest person in the world and majority of his training is Crossfit... So yes you could get to your size with HIIT training. Also look at Cory G guy is a tank and again it's all attributed to HIIT.

You have very very very different body shapes mate, he does not look big. Side by side you two would be chalk and cheese. You look like a lifter he looks fit. You would look considerably bigger then him(although shorter I'm guessing)

Lol, these guy lift weights. You claim cardio will make me bigger not lifting weights with short rest periods... Also you claim my size is a hindrance. Also wrong.

I just looked him up he is actually the same height and 8 pounds heavier. Wrong once again. If he posed in good lighting he would look bigger than me. But thanks for the huge compliment. lol! Keep them coming.

Just look at his images on google. He looks bigger in some pics and smaller in others, I don't post pics where I look small, haha. Again, if you saw me in person, you wouldn't think I was huge man. I look fit in a large shirt, I can't even fill one out...

I don't know your height, you look on the short side in your pics. Of course he lifts weights...weight lifting would be 1/2 his training but will have not contributed to his wins solely. Those wins came from a solid cardiovascular base

kpw, me and a buddy used to lift cars, we would put the backends up in peoples yards for giggles, we knew the people so no hard feelings, just fun lol!

That isn't the point at all, dude. You like to diss on me for my size saying it makes me immobile. HE is 69 inches tall just like me which is short, haha!

He would elevate his heart rate on purpose 🎉 you simply can't elevate it as much lifting weights as you can rowing, cycling, sprinting,skipping. All very great exercises mate.

He is taller then that! I'm 174 and I had to look up to him when we met. 69" is what 175? I remember him being considerably taller then that.

I always think you look big and tall but...you do have the nice upside triangle going on and that always makes a fella look "smaller" in clothes. Not that you look small...lol And I'm just gonna stop there!

He must wear platforms hahahahaha. I met him at a Crossfit games in Qld and he felt considerably taller.

Oh man, BMI in the obese range and he is fit as hell. Another reason to ignore BMI if you lift, folks.
