I have struggled quite a bit to the past year or 2. I bought a journal over the weekend to help me record everything I eat drink my exercise weight I also purchased a new bathroom scale that has alot of new features including BMI Body water Body fat Muscle mass I ended up skipping breakfast and lunch and over ate for dinner I feel crappy for it but I Know I can start new tomorrow. I also started a 21 day exercise routine Today.
