Yes, it definitely isn't something that just clicks. It takes work to create a healthy relationship with a variety of foods. I would rather someone attempt it even if they stumble here and there because they will eventually learn to be in control. After almost 2 decades of dieting, I believe it's superior to going from one fad diet to another, feeling deprived and binging and eventually quitting altogether. I went through that over and over before it clicked.

Yum, I've had a cupcake, a couple servings of Chicken Bruschetta and a Met Rx protein bar. Only 1899 so far. I must find more protein, only at 105.

I gave up on protein bars because they have sugar. I am supposed to be on 100 grams of protein a day. My stomach us tiny....

Yes, they still make Tang. Now, that's some nasty stuff. We drank it as kids because the astronauts did. Way before your time - Chris, Diablo, Rosio, Keilin, et. al.
