@clair, yes I have! Original attainable goal was 125 with 110 being where I actually wanted to be. I’ve lost a lot of muscle therefore 110 isn’t feasible. I’d have to lose more muscle and I’d rather build it back. The scale should slowly start going back up over the coming months. Hopefully by a lot of muscle being built lol. I’m willing to go 140# for the sake of muscle but I’d better have a lot of it! Otherwise the 120-125 range is good for me. 118-122 is my current maintenance goal because one number is frustrating and that seems like a decent range that I can stick to fairly easily! Sry for the life story there!

Oh wifey lol. I’m 38! Right around Christmas/New Years my eyes started messing up. 🤦‍♀️ It gradually got worse to the point that, when driving, the world looked like it was flipping all around and I was looking through a kaleidoscope! Reading or looking at my phone for an hour would give me a splitting headache. Close distance vision was decent, far away was fine, but that middle ground would make me nauseous. Turns out I developed astigmatism in both eyes! I also am sightless farsighted so he decided on glasses rather than readers since I needed them for the astigmatisms. +1.00 was horrible! Picked up the +0.75 yesterday. We will see how I do with them. Running down a hill with the +1.00 ones had me feeling like I was falling and my eyes couldn’t focus. I couldn’t play ball last night with these +0.75 ones but I’d gotten them just an hour before. We will see! (Haha pun intended!)

Thanks Chris! I’ll work on it! As for the snickers... have you looked at my snack log lately. I’m in snickers heaven! I get 2-4 a week now that I’m trying to find my actual maintenance. Kids are jealous hehe. (If they don’t eat their meal or have too many afternoon snacks they don’t get candy 😉)

Chris, also would you like to take a guess as to body fat here? Keep in mind I have a handful on each inner thigh, small “pinch and inch” love handles and a bit on my lower back 😉. The formulas range from 13.65% (hahahaha yeha right) to 24%. Parello (18-21%) and Durnin (23-24%) seem to be more accurate I think. My measurements vs hubby measuring me lol.

Lol. That does throw it off a bit. For BF% I still consider them to be fat ;). So 20-22%. Thanks! I’m trying to locate a DEXA scan writhing 2 hours of me. I’ve found one but they won’t return my email requesting information. 😖

Well before a comment on your body let me think.....men can get to 4% which basically impossible. BF essential for women is around 12%. And you look great! As we 'collective' age we get a little more wiggle for these essential numbers. Congrats, you are breaking jaws everywhere.
