Idk Chris. I’m doing all of the above. A bit frustrated last week or two. Scales creeping up. I should just stop weighing. I don’t own a belt, but all my pants were getting too loose. So I tried on my daughters belt a while ago and it didn’t fit. 😏 Trued again a couple weeks later and got it in the first hole! 🤗 Last week, that belt had to go in the second hole. But that scale which says I’m gaining makes me furious. I wish it had eyes to see me not just weigh me. Dummie!! 😜 I’ve maxed out all my weights and cannot lift heavier than what I have. I know I’ve built muscle, but what else should I do? Work on the patience I guess? And more water? That’s about all I can improve on I think.

No need to reduce carbs 😋 A high carb diet will get you through a weight loss journey as well.
