I love you ALL!! You can ALL achieve your goals!! Just be patient, think long-term, and don't get sucked into the daily pitfalls.

If you slip, get back on the path as quickly as possible since it does nothing but waste time and cause further damage to beat yourself up.

Don't wait for tomorrow... just make the next hour be the "new day" to start over.

If you've stumbled and are feeling down, remember that we're human and will make mistakes. There is no single dietary mistake that cannot be undone within a few days, so stop the cycle RIGHT NOW!

We are here for support, but it's up to YOU to take the control from whatever's holding you back from progressing forward towards your goal.

Stand up. Be strong. Do what you know you be right and productive. Be determined and if it's not beneficial to your progress, eliminate it now!

I had such a significant drop this morning. Truly, it’s all about fueling our workouts and pushing the muscles to the max!! And not freaking out when the scale says more...like Chris always says, it’s only a couple days...be patient...I’m proof!!! So pumped right now, I just wanna grab my dumbbells and kiss them!!!! 😘😘😘😘
