Today, I reached my goal of 175, which is 41 pounds down from when I started FS in September of 2017 at 216 pounds. But I THIS journey began when I weighed 248, for a loss of 73 pounds. My highest weight was 302, which is a total loss of 127 pounds!!!!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 38.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
