ugh...I know this is due to lack of exercise and being ill (not the "cool..I'm one stomach flu away from my goal weight" but the URI kind where it hurts to breathe so I'm just gonna stuff my fat mug kind) also it always feels like i have so much else I HAVE to do..running a home full of crazy family members is not as easy as Donna Reed made it look..I'm not trying to make excuses..just not sure how to manage time better and not sucomb to 'stay at home mom guilt/imposed guilt from a strict Catholic upbringing" someone plz slap some sense into me or maybe some advice LOL
