Great Azl! Sugar is one of the harder things to give up, but the rewards make it worth it (clearer mind, less calories, no blood sugar spikes and less cravings). I saw you are in remission on your profile, congrats! Me too - from breast cancer.. Which one for you?

Hey Alz, I made a chilled vanilla flavoured protein shake last night with sweetener and it was so yummy! Sort of like melted icecream, but no sugar or carbs.
