Wearing the braids is much easier, but I sweat more with my hair down.

I actually have a lot of loose skin around my belly. I know it may not look it but I do. My doctor told me that I would never have a flat stomach without a tummy tuck. I wear tight workout clothes and granny panties to keep everything in. But I would rather have the loose skin that have it be filled up with fat, like I was before. I do a lot of core work, crunches, planks, side planks, sit ups, leg lifts, Russian twists, stuff like that to. I have a lot of core exercises saved on Pinterest.
