See? I have light days too. 283k yesterday and only 53k today. A 45 min run will take zap your energy before a workout. Also, I've never been this lean at 195 pounds.

195 pounds and peak condition. You should invest (or get some help) in a photo shoot; really look good at this point! Worth keeping a record.
