My weigh scales have got to be broken. I can actually visibly see my face is thinner and my tummy a little flatter. I am going to have to go back to measuring, it simple cannot be that on 1200-1350 cals and lots of walking and water drinking, my weight is actually going up. HELLLOS???

Maybe consider changing your macros is you want to lose weight. But sounds like you are getting toned.

I really do not have a clue what's going on? Maybe the fat is just moving around lol. But I think measure tape time. Some of the girls said I looked better, but the weight scales are stuck lol
