lol @davidsprincess. But graham crackers are so good! Especially with Cookie Butter from Trader Joes! *drools* you'll get tired of them soon enough I'm sure.

Lol @chrisw77, its like a jar of peanut butter, but its cookie butter, made out of maybe ginger snap and sugar cookies..not too sure. I just know I can't buy it right now lol

Yes, Keilin, that's right. Only carbs make you fat because they're pushed on you by sadistic food corporations that are in cahoots with meanie doctors and insurance companies to keep you sick to maintain their business model so highly educated doctors can go insane trying to constantly tell the majority of their patients to lose weight and exercise instead of wanting a pill for everything which the evil doctors are allied with big pharma to push on people who won't heed their doctors' advice because it's all a carb conspiracy.

"..... And all across the land of FatSecret... You could hear a pin drop as they waited for the King to waken and confront the carb basher...

Oh dear, it is a problem if the real thing sounds that much like the blatant snark.

I knew you were kidding. As was I.

🤣🤣 Your username is calories, i guess that they matter for you haha. I am kidding too. But for some folks this is a real thing. They think that calories don't matter. 😢

If the calories are from dextrose or Maltodextrin, they don't count... Or heavy cream. That's the rules.

Good catch, Keilin! Indeed, that's all I joined this site for. Math and logical reasoning are among the subjects I teach, so I believe in numbers.

I'm late to the party but I knew kpw was kidding, lol! And Cookie butter is my kryptonite.

If you attach enough helium balloons to your food before weighing them they won't weigh anything on a food scale so they are free calories. I don't know why I'm giving away my secret to abs and ice cream but there you go...

Vcabral... I currently try to make them more filling with peanut butter or cream cheese. 😊 may have to see what the cookie butter is all about. Maybe I'll wait until I drop a few more pounds.

Don't forget that most people will also overestimate their daily calorie output, especially if using FS optomistic estimated averages. It takes a pretty long time at an elevated heartrate to burn off a pint of Ben & Jerrie's...or at least that's what I've found.

Same goes for anything that is 900-1200 calories. Just fit it into your calorie goals once in a while and there is no extra work necessary. :)

But yes, underestimating intake and overestimating expenditure at the same time causes huge problems.
10 Jul 19 by member: -Diablo
Yup D...the problem with Ben & Jerry's is that 1 pint is just a good start...;-) We get it as a treat once in a while, but it doesn't last long.
