I am definitely my own worst enemy! Yesterday I had a pretty bad backache, possibly related to my pants being too tight. Amazingly, it got better when I got home & changed clothes. Anyway, when I'm in pain I can be a big baby, so I spent the afternoon stuffing my face with chocolate. Exercise just wasn't going to happen, and neither was cooking, so we had dinner at Braums. I had a bacon cheeseburger with a chocolate shake, then got into a spat with my husband. This morning I'm feeling a little foolish and a bit more sensible, having a cheese tomato omlette for breakfast instead of going out for pancakes. I'm not going to kick myself over this, just going to do better today. "Do, or do not; there is no try." - Yoda.
