New tactic. My log will be incomplete. I won’t be logging things like the two bites of okra I had last night or the extra jawbreaker. I’ll weigh and measure the big things but those tastes and bites I won’t. Let’s see if I can wean myself off of being so obsessed with a near perfect log lol. I will however go back and log the extra rice crispy treats I had. 90 kcal each is something I’ll log but not the 20kcal stuff unless I have a full or half serving. Maybe ;).

Honestly 25% over yesterday wasn’t bad considering I had two meals in town and the munchies all damn day lol. Didn’t log the 4 dips of ranch either (dipped the pizza crust corners) Probably closer to 30% over 👀

I try not to get so exact also. It makes it such a chore to log. If you start a big gain, it one thing. I know I did not get so big by the little bites. :-)

Yeah that’s the plan. I do love accuracies however I’m becoming obsessive again. I need a change I think. Plus eventually I want to eat and maintain without logging every bite. Without logging at all actually.
