Yesterday I made it through lunch but fell off the wagon around 3 pm eating pita chips. Then I had some veggie 🍵 And the leftover clam chowder. Then around 8:30 I ate some orange chicken and stir fried rice my daughter cooked. Today my weight is up so am fat fasting with coffee with a tablespoon of MCT oil to burn off carbs asap.
