Visually, it's nothing special. Just an ice cream sammy, some cottage cheese (yes, with pepper), and casserole... Ground beef, chopped onion, radiatore pasta, a jar of pasta sauce, and a block of Velveeta. Quick and easy and SO dang good!

Cottage cheese, ricotta, Greek yogurt, I like them all, especially with fresh fruit.

And the beef dish... Childhood staple right there. Chopped celery blends really well with those flavors.

At the Central Market today they were giving samples of a cheese paired with preserves. You're just a man ahead of the times.

I make a wonderful Brie en croute 🤗😋😋😋 Brie, a pepper jelly ( different kinds) sometimes add walnuts and wrap in puff pastry 🥮. Brush with egg wash. I usually do it for Thanksgiving and Christmas and a random day or two the rest of the year. CC with fruit has been around forever. They even sell containers at the grocery store. Its funny, I love a baked Brie en croute, but prefer my CC Umami 😋 hubby could eat it everyday with fruit. When my stomach was upset after my hysterectomy, I did CC, blueberry and blackberries with Activia yogurt and organic oats and raw honey. CC with a ripe banana is good. I’m just more about the pepper and sea salt 🤗😋
