Yes, thanks, it's very meaningful words for me. We really draw and color our lives, what we want. The color of life in the most beautiful colors and dedication and diligence, so that we are the most beautiful image in front of the people we love.

Thanks for the response I am probably much older than a lot of you. Many years of dieting and being about 50 pound over weight. I do not want to gain back my 35 pound loss...So hopefully this program will help.😕

laupat69– I’m guessing you are 69? I am 71. This FS program is a tool only. It can only reflect what you put into it. Don’t start your lifestyle change by saying that you HOPE the program helps. Instead, consider another approach— that you have made a committed decision to make a lifestyle change and you will use FS to record your progress and visually help you see the relationship between the foods you eat, the activity that you engage in and their affect on the journey to your goal. You can do it. It is a change in mindset. I will follow your progress.

Kenna, good points. You have to feel positive about your losing weight & keeping it off. I have used FS in the past to monitor my food choices & be accountable. Usually over time after I've lost some weight I stopped logging in. I think this time I'm going to try to continue using the app to keep me accountable in maintenance mode.

Peanuts party— on my end I see your great comment about not painting yourself fat and then the one about a comment being deleted. Is there suppose to be a third comment? I did not delete anything. FS however occasionally has a mind of its own.
