A good day...

Annual physical early this morning with great results! 👍🏻

Hangin' with the big boys now on the volume workouts finally! 💪

The worst part of the day was that I wasn't able to decide between Mint Oreo or Pumpkin Pie Blizzards... so I got both 😊

Looks like a perfect day all the way around.!! Congrats! ❤️ I'm only awake because of a domestic taking place across the street and waking me causing me to call it in. But did Diablo take my call? No some newbie because he's writing to you. Was hoping for serious sleep to better my chance at losing a couple pounds. This is day 3 of shitty sleep and it ALWAYS messes up the scale and my appetite. Anyhow back to you...nice work!

It's so true though. These bodies weren't meant for this modern world. You don't even have to move to survive anymore. Just uber meals and watch Netflix until your next work shift at a desk job..

Once your body is used to exercise... It's very difficult to just sit. It's painfully obvious to me when I need to stand for awhile or walk around where as before I would sit and yell to the kids to bring me stuff. (I mean I still do that but it's because I just got home from work and lifted for an hour and that's what kids are for) surprised I never got a blood clot from lack of movement before.

I believe it. If half the people signed up to our PF even used the gym, there wouldn't be any room to lift. I'm sooo glad most people are using the cardio equipment. I see some just use it as a cheap place to tan too. They just come in for their session and leave. lol
