I don't know why people say putting on lean mass is hard. This was literally overnight. 😁

I took lean mass for muscle so you have a point. Guess that’s why I didn’t sprout wings dang it lol.

This is how most people should see large fluctuations. You cannot gain muscle or fat this quickly. If you overate and see a huge gain, it is lean mass and maybe a little fat depending on how large the surplus was.
