I will also say that I can only base my response on what is written and not on what intent may be or how something comes across. The same post can garner a wide variety of viewpoints of what the writer intended. I definitely am not the type to purposefully offend anyone. I know we all won’t agree on what diets are best, pro lifting, anti lifting, etc. For me, I believe if you want to have more muscle, go for it. If you don’t, then don’t. 😊

I don't know what your yin state BS is about but my period is fine- just for the record. My body is healthier than its been in years if not ever. 💪🏼❤️

That guy was talking about when girls get really lean. You can lose your period. This is only a concern if you're trying to be in a competition. Super lean, sunken cheekbones, separation between glutes and hamstrings, etc. Nothing a normal person needs to worry about.

It kinda cracks me up how people still believe that lifting messes up hormones and such. Yes if you starve yourself, take shit supplements and over train which for the most part does not actually happen. Other than that, for god’s sake, lift. You’ll be able to devour more food and nobody would ever think out loud “hi you pudding”. Peace ✌🏻
