I was happy to be working my way back down this morning. Wondering how maintenance is going to work once I hit my new goal. I ate a little more over the weekend but wasn't out of control & still bumped up. I was feeling a need to eat stuff and gave in to a couple of things. I usually have something sweet after dinner & last night I kept having the urge til I gave in. I had thought maybe I'd skip it since I was up in the AM. I didn't have any more of the 40 calorie single Outshine pops I often eat so settled on a grape @ 60 calories. Only 20 more calories but when you're trying for zero 😐 Anyway....it's Monday & I'm feeling positive. Hubby out for the evening so I'm planning a low cal dinner.

I had an interesting conversation with my sister & neice over the weekend. My sis just started back on weight watchers & we were talking about my recent weight loss. I said I had gotten up to 172 lbs. & HAD to lose some weight. My neice said she was at 170 & I looked at her & thought she doesn't look bad. She carries her weight differently & her gain has been caused by hormone injections. And my sis who is taller may weigh more than I but doesn't look a lot bigger. So we all have our "This is where I'm happy/ need to be" weight. I'm just gonna keep working towards mine.
