abbadabba's Journal, 28 Oct 19

Monday. With careful planning I can stay under 1000 cal a day, I know I can.

No-bread November starts Friday! Just one more bun to eat and that is all the bread I have at home. Several people at work will be joining me, and so will my new friend. I have two more months left to lose the random 15 more pounds I want to lose by New Year's Eve!
Goal was set based on two times: I was at 167 in January, and up to 170 in August. Hoping to get to 150 by New Year's.

Tried on my wedding dress last night. That was interesting. I didn't know that my ribcage could expand so much: more than 5 inches. Hmm. I wonder if that will go down if I lose weight? Getting out my tape measure this week to get some info!

Happy Monday if that is possible!

With as little as you are eating you should be able to keep it that low (without the Haagen-Dazs, of course, LOL). Most people can still lose weight easily on 1,200 calories, but I'm sure you know your body. Whatever you decide, may you have good success with it!

Are you getting married? Or is this the 'trying on the original wedding dress' thing I've seen a lot of people doing here. Myself, I can't - I donated that years ago after my (step)daughter wore a different dress to her wedding. BUT, I was about 50lbs higher when I married than I am now so ..... guess it's a good thing it wouldn't fit, hahah. Moving on. Sorry.

@FullaBella I paid $50 for my original/only wedding dress so I always had in mind that I would cut it up for something else. Tried it on yesterday just to see how it fit, I was 50 pounds lighter when I bought it

I always like when people use leftover clothes for quilts.
