Woke at 219.2, down .2 from yesterday. Protein drinks at breakfast and lunch. Happy hour meetings tonight. Don’t know what dinner will look like. UPDATE: Well, I got hijacked at lunch and taken to a buffet. Ate a big plate of meat and then enjoyed two desserts and coffee. Oh well. Still need to do happy hour meetings, so there will be some further adjustments in my future. Evening weigh in should be pretty grotesque! UPDATE: Had two glasses of wine and two whiskeys for dinner. Came home at 219.0. I can live with that! Had a protein drink and some cheese at home. Over on calories big time.
