240*12 reps on incline press today at a body weight of 185. Just documenting for my records :P. What double iced cake will do. Lost a pound too.

Thanks, Kennyn, I was pretty pumped about it. Not too long ago, I was having problems repping 225 on incline. Incline is so much tougher.

You went up 15 lbs, awesome! Either that double iced cake was turbo charged or you grew more muscle! I’ll go with the science and say you grew more muscle! Lol I just saw a video about a hack to help with incline, the guy (Scott Herman) puts a 45 lb plate under the back of the flat bench to give it a slight incline, he then says to do dumb bell presses like that. I did it once so far, so in time I’ll let you know the results, it’s supposed to really help hit like the regular bench would, but also your upper chest. We will see! Lol otherwise good job!
