Weight increase was due to only fast food was available, but it was yummy anyway. Weight is now coming down. Getting ready for the Xmas feasts. It pays sometimes to think ahead. Calorie intake at the moment is 1000 or less (but higher protein) per day and that seems to be doing the job. Its a bit tough at times but the long term benefits are worth it. Enough of my babbling on till next time.
