I’m a bit scared this morning. Anxiety at its best lol.

The dr yesterday gave me part of what I was asking for: a medication change! I wanted to stop one and now I’m going two weeks on the lower dose to wean off. It’s gonna be rough I think. Then she switched my antidepressant to another. For two weeks I start slow on that one and stop my current one cold turkey. Online users have said its rough stopping that pill too. Now I have to start the other which I’m hoping makes it easier as I’ll have some antidepressant in my system. Anxiety med stays the same for now.

Starting to make myself sick here just thinking about it and I haven’t even taken a pill yet lol. Oh wel here goes!

Thanks! Not much anxiety Friday but Saturday was very high anxiety. Lots of stuff going on (2 parties, game, shopping, house cleaning, etc). Still have insomnia but have been able to take two very short naps this week! A little shakey but that’s to be expected I think.
