"Oh, that's too bad." All while silently bragging that nothing is off limits for him. :D That's how I took it at least.

So I can't eat chupachups, it gives me urticaria. And all the processed carbs, they are evil. Na!

I'm talking about things people can't eat because it magically halts fat loss. Nope, not in a deficit. Processed carbs are delicious and convenient. Nomnom

Tracking micros revels a whole lot. There are some foods that are better to eat than others. Calorie to nutrients ratios can vary greatly from food to food. That's real. Every day is a challenge for me to balance micros. I find it easier to balance micros from a weekly perspective. The one micro I strive to hit daily is protein. Fats and carbohydrates shift from day to day. I'm not a good candidate for the apple pie diet deficit or not. I would never hit my daily protein goal or eat within my caloric goal... LOL

I've been tracking my macros for about a month now and it's the most amazing and eye opening thing I've done for my body besides fitness. For me, tracking macros covers the health part of living where being active (strength training, yoga, and cardio) covers the fitness part.
