현미 누룽지인데, 물이 졸아서 밥 같이 됐습니다. ㅎㅎ 김, 김치, 계란, 견과, 귤, 우유와 같이 먹었습니다. 역시 밥이라 칼로리가 평소보다는 높게 나오네요. (마른 누룽지 60그램)

원래 모든 수분이 없는 것들이 사실 칼로리가 높더라구요! 그래도 이상한 탄수화물이 아니니 괜찮아요! :) 김치와 누룽지 ! 한번 맛보면 완전 입맛 돌을것같아요 👍

어제 저녁에 늦게 빵을 먹어서 그런가 아침엔 빵 생각은 없고 갑자기 누룽지가 먹고 싶어졌습니다. ㅎㅎ

Yum! Rice for breakfast is unheard of in Spain :-) I googled "Nurunji" and I found out that it means leaving some rice to get burnt at the bottom. It's funny because that's one of the main secrets of a well done Spanish paella, and we call it "socarrat".

Eva, interesting to know it is eaten in Spain as well. Nurungji is very common. Normally in dry condition (eaten like snack), so it is easy to carry and cook. I have some in my fridge for quick cooking by boiling like this breakfast. But, by mistake, I overcooked, and you can see water is all gone! :) Since it is rice, calorie is quite high.

Well, now that I see the detailed recipe, it's not the same because socarrat is not separated from the rest of the rice. But we like to have the bottom of the paella a little burned (brown).

Crunches (brown part) are the best part! 😋 We eat it, some times together with rice, sometimes separately. Mine is the separately packaged and sold nurungji.
