Woke up with a runny nose that’s now stuffed up. I have chest congestion, scratchy throat and itchy eyes. My allergies! Storm warnings though and I usually do this when it’s going to rain.

This also means I’m going to seek comfort foods today. Yesterday was my oldest’s bday and today is my youngest’s half birthday(school). I accidentally bought an extra pack of cookies. Will see if I can stay away from those today. Thankfully I don’t like to open them and eat first so I think I’m safe until evening. BUT we have a pizza party tomorrow night with cookies (104 of them in the house since I accidentally bought an extra pack).

My diet is half on half off lol. I think maybe I’ll just eat healthier and who cares if I’m 300 under or over. So far I’ve kept it 400 under to 100 over my daily burn. Not including the last holiday meals and eating out for birthdays. Those days are free days.

- maybe I’ll just eat healthier and who cares if I’m 300 under or over. I've read several books saying that actually works for weight loss. I've done about 90% healthy foods over the past two years and actually lost weight without counting cals, even on my non exercising months.

I had the same thing before Christmas, but it became a full-blown upper and lower respiratory infection by the end of December. Patrick has it now and he's unusually down and out with it. (Those accidental cookies! Damn you, cookies!)

Rga I’m a meat and carb eater ;). I do eat fairly healthy (I consider meat healthy), but don’t eat a ton of veggies. I did however buy some onions, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots for the next week or two. I need to eat them more.

No cookies! We were busy picking up the house and I had to clean my 5 yr olds room. Didn’t even think about it until dinner and I decided to have my snickers instead. Tonight I’ll have some for the party though.

Have a good workout! Hope you get to feeling better! I woke up with chest and head congestion along with drainage. Walked outside and we have a slight dusting of snow.
