A little perturbed. Seems I have to take it easy for a week! No steam. No lotions or even soap (to be expected). No sweating! No gym! For a week!! I’m not a sweater at the gym. Very little except down my back. I sweat more in my sleep than at the gym because I cacoon myself in the blankets. I don’t care about missing squats but I’m gonna miss deads, flys, lats etc today. Not to mention bench day on Sunday! Not fair. Never thought I’d say that lol. Hubby excited for a week off. How bad could a little sweat be right? It’s just tattoos. Have to go again in 6 weeks which means another week off over spring break. Guess I’ll do as she ordered and go sit on my butt for a week.
