Blip!
Yesterday was not a great day for me, healthwise. It started good, when I ate my healthful breakfast and went to the gym. Then, before I could even do my stretches, chaos struck, and the day became a blur of urgent driving back and forth, while dragging my 3 y/o with me. I had two sausage sandwiches for lunch and then KFC for dinner. My body could not deal with all that, and felt sick afterward. Sometimes, though, these days are good for us, as they remind us how horrible we feel and why we don't want to eat that way any more! Moving on to feeling better!

Yep. So true Fall off Wagon. Just climb right back on A bad day doesn’t have to be a bad WEEK! U can get it together 💪👍 I had 900 calories yesterday. Ran 5km and gained .500 this morning. No reason. Just have to suck it up and plod on 😎

I can't eat fast food for the same reason. Feel wonky afterward. You know yourself and know it doesn't work for you. Lesson learned. It happens. Keep at it friend! :0)

There will be days like that... you are doing so great! You are so in control that one day wouldn't make a huge difference, stay strong... you are getting there!
