I’ve been told it’s all about commitment and dedication. Well today I ended up with a horrible migraine and it’s gym day. I got an 8 minute nap which helped some then it came back full force. After some time and Advil it was down to just a bad headache and the nausea was gone.

Of course we had to go to the gym. Hubby gave me the option to stay home but I insisted on going. I’d love to say it was an awesome workout but it was just ok. It was packed so we had to change up our routine. I did the same weights as usual which surprised me. Had a few back cramps though after 3 unassisted pull-ups. Couldn’t complete the 4th. (At the beginning of the workout, not warmed up or tired yet).

The only notable thing I did was 85# on decline bench. Hubby had to get it off the rack for me the first time. It got easier the more sets I did??

Cable crunches had the head pounding worse and a bit of nausea so I rushed through those and practiced deep breathing lol.

Came home for tacos! My fav! Then was laughing at the oldest and got an ab cramp then back cramp. Both suck but together is even worse. She got the last laugh lol. Now I’m draining bottles of water to hopefully keep from cramping again!
