Flex Friday. Sometimes I wonder if the weight I gained since Nov. was all fat because adding muscle at this point is so much harder. Then I take a pic and it eases doubt.

tlinder....lol I think you took that the wrong way...my point is that women can also have nice muscles, and I personally found Davidsprincess a great inspiration. It's also kind of cool that this married couple is a team working together on fitness.

Jessie Quinn- No worries. I didn't mean to make you think that I took it the wrong way LoL. You're right, she is a knockout and I loved to see how the weights really do work. I am currently on restriction, but before my accident did the treadmill and circuit. My husband is more of a free weights guy. There are so many positive people on here and it really is a blessing to see people and how far they've come! Very inspiring!

Bodyspace. I don't use anything anymore though. I just wing it like my diet now. It was fun and handy for a while. There may be better ones out there I only used it since I already had a bodybuilding.com account.
