How is everyone staying on track while at home self isolating ? I've got a 10 month old with cerebral palsy (so lots of appointments every week) and I work long hours as a hairdresser so usually I find it easy to plan my meals, take food with me and be in control of what I'm eating. At home I'm finding I'm eating out of boredom ! Im maintaining my weight but struggling to shift more because of this. I'm trying to keep having fruit or carrots when I feel like snacking, or just a cup of tea or coffee and I'm going for a walk every day. But id like to know what everyone else is doing !

keep up the prepared meals idea for home too. I keep myself busy with designing and making personaliaed sew on cloth badges; drawing, making Youtube videos; gardening and making jams from the fruit in my garden. Now with 4 fulltime unemployed adult family members at home, I enjoy making scones for them to make use of my jams 😉

You’re a super Mum 👍🏻, I work from home quite a bit and Can completely identify with the risk of eating habitually or out of boredom. Tricks for me have been. Glass of water beside the sink so whenever I am in the kitchen I drink it and refill it vs snacking on something. Also have a big tub of fresh snacks like celery and carrots kicking about. Hope things helps.
