100 flies
50 leg lifts
100 skull crushers
10 squats(yes 10 lol)
30 lawnmower pulls
50 girl pushups
50 boy pushups
I think I earned the pizza I had for lunch! Tacos for dinner to get some protein in.
Quit the workout a little early cause I was spent! Just super proud of my boy pushups. Little stiffness from the shoulder but not bad. Back is a bit crampy.
Now to go play with the new butcher calves we bought. That’ll burn a few calories but not many.
