ok, tomorrow I have to plan better. I did stay LC FF WOE but not really the strict fat fast limit. That zero carb whipped cream is so good on sugar free jello and don't even let me get talking about the macadamia nuts! BUT it is ok. I was tempted to go across the street to 7/11 and get a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich and wine BUT I didn't....just grabbed more mac nuts! I know, I know I should be better about all this and that might delay weight loss but I feel that at least I didn't go way off the 'cliff', so that is a little plus. Tomorrow I need to go to the store early and plan meals for the day and week, it will be easier then since I do the same for my mom and I don't really like what she eats so I won't be tempted to eat her stuff and normally I loose my appetite when I fix her meals for the week anyway!
