lostriver, Hello Louvelle! You changed your name! :D Thanks for the comment. Actually, I am on a a little bad cycle now... I need to have smaller dinner, and larger breakfast to sleep better and get up early. I am on an opposite way now! ;)

I changed my account yess, starting new líder, new goals ✌🏻 I understand your cycle now, it happens the same for me! I used to have a very small breakfast and a big dinner, and now i am learning to change that 😹 good luck my friend!

I guess it comes from work-from-home. Less exercise, more eating, late sleep, late wake-up, small breakfast/lunch, and large dinner. Which one should be the first one to change...? Too many to change, haha ;)

Hello Silvi. I don't like eating vegetables, but do like see vegetables' color. Especially, paprikas. :)

hobodon I’ll try to change breakfast first, bc its the most difficult for me, then for lunch (i still eat more on dinner than on lunch time) i eat a “normal” sized plate but then i do several snacks before dinner, im a snack lover 😂😅
