Hello ALL in FS-Land. Things are up/down/& all around in my edge of the universe. But for the most part I'm well. I've been on my woe but still the scale refuses to budge. I don't know why I allow that stupid IT box on the floor determine my mood in the morning but I am getting better about telling IT to just STOP. Oh well, I guess my weight will move when it is good and ready to. I'm just tired of being at this 10 pound plus gain since the beginning of Quarantine. Seems like it just wants to stay there. It has been raining a lot so I didn't get out for my walk or bike ride today. I guess I could exercise inside BUT I have not AC and it is extremely HOT here. Well I do have a portable unit however it only cools one room and I don't want to be limited to that room. Anyway, I will get up early tomorrow and go for my 4 mile bike ride and maybe even a walk.
