I’m always talking about what I’m going to make for dinner as I’m having lunch. Every time! Then once it’s time to have dinner, I talk myself out of ordering a pizza and go cook a chicken. 🐥

I’m going to start doing that!! I love the idea of planning a week in advance. And I’ve definitely done the “screw this, let’s order a pizza” thing after cooking up some chicken and kale haha.

Chris, awesome points. We used to have the freedom of running out for groceries multiple times a week and now it has to be once a week on a day off. So organization is important. And I like the idea of looking at a whole week of eating and working out and tracking the averages as opposed to focusing too much on a single day. Good thinking!
