No migrain on Friday or Saturday before my "."!! But today I have a nagging headache & very crampy. Increased my Alkalete tjis a.m. to hopefully compensate.
Enjoyed my scrapbooking weekend & stayed on my esting plan until I got home & I indulged in wine.
4 pound gain since Thursday, but my body needs these weekends to jumpstart my metabolism, so I know to keep my chin up.
