I am going to be flat out honest with this whole weight loss journey. I am still struggling with medical issues and for now, I think I am going to start off by getting my diet straight, then get back to my daily exercises I am terribly sorry that I have been struggling so hard, but I do think maybe this is what's best for me as its one step at a time.



Now that is out of the way I am going to start in the morning and start eating right and drinking water and hopefully by the time my health regains i will be able to add the daily exercises and finally start losing weight

I did that, diet first. Getting WHAT I was eating under control was a huge undertaking and made more of a difference than years of exercise. Which makes sense. What and how much I was eating was definitely the source of my problem. After that, exercise is easier!

I agree with you. The journey to better health starts with good nutrition. I peeked at your Diet Calendar and I suggest that you log your meals more consistently. It will help you understand what and how much you are consuming. Nutrition is the largest factor in weight loss...

Absolutely! One step at a time! Sometimes it is easy to get bogged down trying to keep everything in balance. Focusing on what you eat is the most important I think. Once that is sorted, adding other good, healthy habits will be easier!

thank you, everyone, I will take your advice and start recording my intake in a diary and online I was doing that before then life happened and I stopped I haven't been on here in a few months so I decided to get on and update everyone
