So I’m laying here in bed with a headache and a stomach that won’t quit growling. I should be sleeping but all I can think about is how I wonder if I could eat cheese and crackers/bread all day tomorrow and it it would get me the protein I need.

So... I came to find out so maybe I can think of something besides food! It takes me forever to go to sleep when I’m hungry!! But I want to save calories for tomorrow’s crackers and cheese 🤣.

Aww, I know how you feel!! I was so hungry when I went to bed lasts night and couldn’t stop thinking about the crusty baguette I was going to make a sammy out of today. FS was no help last night because of all the yummy looking food photos, though. Hope you enjoy the crackers and most importantly the cheese. 😍

Lol thanks ladies! I still have a slight headache and I’m still super hungry. It was all I could do to drive past McDonalds this morning lol. Went to the store and spent $115 🤦‍♀️. Never shop when hungry! Although I did score on sales and bought some ham that’ll make 7-8 meals and costs $3 each 😳. Ended up with meat/main courses for 15 meals for the family and 6 lunches for me (plus a box of twinkies for the kids). That includes 6 steaks too! I bought some turkey smoked sausage for my lunches so I’m thinking I may have that with cheese for lunch. Should be about 700 kcal and half or more of my daily protein. I just have to hold out another 1-2 hours!

Some people eat a big Mac in a bowl. Never made one but it sounds good! Hang in there!

You may have a headache because your body needs food. Lack of protein and other nutrients can be a migraine or stress headache trigger

Shelly, it was breakfast time so I was thinking a bacon egg and cheese biscuit lol. I’ve never had a Big Mac.

Didn’t think of that WFN. Pretty sure it was a combination of allergies and drainage. Masseuse said I had fluid building up along my jaw and scalp that she ‘released’ so I’d have more drainage. Also didn’t drink extra yesterday and I should have after the massage. Add to that my normal allergies and being hungry... I’m sure it was a combination of everything. I get headaches more day’s than I don’t and was told it’s probably allergies. Thankfully the migraines only come on every few months.

My two cents: Always stay hydrated. Just keep it from even possibly being the problem. If you don’t pee at least hourly, you’re probably not drinking enough water. Once I adopted that attitude I cut sinus problems way down.

The meat and cheese did satisfy! As for hydration I pee about every two hours. And anytime I lay down I have to get right back up to go again even if I’ve went in the last half hour lol. I even get up at night most nights that I’m in bed by 11pm. It’s just with the massage she recommends drinking and extra 8-16 ounces and I’m pretty sure I didn’t get the extra. Well I did but it was a Diet Pepsi lol. Finished that today and had my normal amount of propel. Still have drainage and bad sinus pressure behind the eyes. It’s gonna rain! I think it’s something to do with the pressure changes when storms come though. We had a little sprinkle so that may be it but we are supposed to have a storm this week. (I looked at the weather app when Advil didn’t help the pressure and headache)

hunger at night😶. I skip that by eating in my 4-6 hrs window in the evening.
