So far the carb thing isn't working. Over 250 yesterday. I looked over my diet calendar for the last month and I see that I've only had 2 legitimate days where I was under 200. Usually, I'm at 250 and sometimes 300. But I think the true indicator is that I rarely get over 100 for my protein. That's not even 15% of my daily calories.
My new goal is to get to 200g in protein while remaining within my caloric intake. This should give me 25%, which isn't perfect but it's much better. This will also take my fat up, most likely so I'll need to watch that, too. One thing at a time, though.
