Slept in until 11. Got up and did my weights workout and then 30 minutes of steady-state cardio on the bike. Weighed 232.6 afterward, down .9 from yesterday. Didn’t eat until 2:30, and I had a small piece of steak and some protein coffee. Denise is planning takeout tonight. I’m not sure what that will bring but I have good options here at home even if what they choose is not compatible with my WOE. UPDATE: Weighed 232.8 at 5 pm. Looks like Red Robin for dinner, so I will get a bunless burger.
