Since Friday I have been wanting to eat more and more. It's been the first time in 4 months I've had any sugar cravings at all. I didn't do anything crazy, no ice cream, no biscuits, no muffins, so I'm happy. Just fed my hunger, and relaxed a little bit.

I'll do a few days intermittent fasting and I should be fine by weekend.
